• Qualified collaboration in research projects: independent handling of projects, subprojects or work packages according to specified methodologies and procedures
• Participation in the development, implementation and further development of research projects
• Support in the application for research projects as well as in the preparation of accountability reports
• Collaboration in the publication of research results in discipline-specific formats of the scientific community
• Support in organizational and administrative tasks within the research group and the competence center
• Collaboration in the conception, organization and implementation of events (e.g. conferences, workshops, symposia)
• Preparation and follow-up as well as participation in meetings, including minute-taking and documentation
• Support in internal and external communication, e.g. by maintaining the website
• Assumption of other university-relevant tasks within the scope of the competence center's activities

• Master's degree in Design (e.g. textile, material or object design)
• Practical experience as well as work as a scientific or artistic staff member
• Knowledge of the research process (research, methods, analysis, documentation, publication)
• Expertise in design with a focus on sustainability, materials and processes
• Very good German and English skills as well as confident handling of IT tools
• Experience in project management, organization and scientific work
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and networked thinking
• Initiative, creativity and motivation to set socially relevant impulses through research
