Spitex Region Solothurn ensures outpatient care in 7 contract municipalities. 
As Managing Director, you take overall responsibility for a versatile 
organization with a broad span of control (75 employees, including HF students and 
FaGe trainees) and drive the implementation of a forward-looking strategy.

MANAGING DIRECTOR Spitex Region Solothurn (80 – 100 %)

Your tasks
As an experienced leader, you take over the operational, financial and 
administrative overall responsibility as well as the personnel and professional management of the 
executive management. Your top priority is to ensure basic Spitex care in
our contract municipalities. 

Your profile
• Comprehensive industry knowledge in health or social services
• Several years of leadership experience with proven social competence
• Sound business management expertise
• Situational-cooperative leadership style
• Represent dynamically externally. Live communication. Shape networks
• Project experience in organizational development and change processes
