Your tasks:
Telephone qualification of our prospects and organization of property valuation appointments
Management of potential buyers (qualification, organization of visits, post-visit feedback, property information in coordination with our Brokers)
Seller management, follow-up and technical support on the Neho Platform
Administrative support (sending contracts, invoices, and other necessary documents)
Collaboration with Product teams for the development of new tools and improvement of existing tools
Participation in improving prospecting strategies

Job requirements
Your profile:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or customer relationship management (CRM)
Comfortable on the phone, you love client contact and demonstrate excellent communication skills
Native French speaker, good knowledge of English or German is a great asset
Good organization and proactive mindset, you take initiatives and anticipate needs.
Autonomous and efficient work, you achieve your goals while ensuring quality.
Practical experience in real estate or a background in architecture would be an asset.
