Your Tasks
- Management of all tools as well as calibration-required testing equipment
- Issuance and condition control of tools and consumables
- Support for smooth operations in the engine cell (engine disassembly/assembly)
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines
- Participation in 5S and continuous process improvement
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources and materials
- Independent and economical working
Your Profile
- Craftsman EBA or equivalent experience
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Good physical condition, resilient and flexible
- High personal responsibility and self-motivation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English A2+
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
