In a shared apartment in Uzwil, seven people with various disabilities, some with challenging behavior, live together. They are accompanied by a day team of ten professionals and supported at night by a night watch. Due to a retirement, we are looking for a

Caregiver 80 %, starting August 15, 2026, or by arrangement

You can expect a diverse and exciting field of work:

• Accompanying and supporting the residents in terms of independence, promotion, and maintenance of their abilities;
• Taking over or actively supporting the care of the residents;
• Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and leisure activities;
• Performing administrative tasks;
