With the construction of our new high-bay warehouse in Dietlikon, we are investing in the future. By 2027, a state-of-the-art, automated warehouse will be built here, doubling our capacities, creating 25,000 pallet spaces at 40 meters high, and enabling a direct connection to production with 350 meters of conveyor belts and two PET lines.
But it all doesn't start in 2027. Already today, we are looking for operations mechanics who will drive our business forward and ensure that our production facilities run reliably. Your new tasks
• Mechanical maintenance and servicing of production facilities and infrastructure
• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions, including on weekends
• Assembly, disassembly, and repair of operational equipment
• Setup, testing, and calibration of new equipment in collaboration with production staff
• Training employees on simple troubleshooting and maintenance issues
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
• Maintaining cross-departmental contacts with internal and external partners
• Participating in projects and implementing continuous improvements (CIP)
Are these your secret ingredients?
• You have completed vocational training as a mechanic, ideally as a polymechanic specializing in maintenance
• You have experience in TIG welding (stainless steel) – advantageous but not mandatory
• You can safely operate conventional machine tools
• You work independently, reliably, and precisely, and are flexible and resilient
• You are willing to work in shifts, on-call duty, and also on weekends
• You have a quick grasp, organizational skills, and team spirit
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP and MS Office
• Advantage: Basic course in personal protective equipment for working at heights (PSAgA) or willingness to complete it promptly
• You live within a maximum of 45–60 minutes from Dietlikon/Brüttisellen
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
