We are looking for someone starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your tasks
Internal case management and support of persons in measures on behalf of the IV or social welfare offices as well as the sustainable (re)integration of persons into the primary labor market
Conducting solution-oriented, workplace-related coaching of program participants with the goal of job retention, reintegration, or vocational reorientation
Preparing progress and final reports as well as managing client-related correspondence
Creating controlling and evaluation tools of high quality
Supporting close and targeted cooperation with the IV and social welfare offices of the Canton of Bern, involved private insurers, and other external partners
Promoting collaboration with internal interdisciplinary teams
What you bring
Completed vocational training and/or further education in the fields of job coaching, labor integration, case management, or comparable
Several years of professional experience, preferably in the vocational integration of people with mental illnesses
Knowledge of social law and solid understanding of the Swiss labor market
Service orientation, strong communication skills, solution-oriented consulting, and negotiation skills
Confident German language skills and very good administrative competencies
A healthy sense of humor rounds off your profile
