Your tasks
- Create and process quotations and tenders digitally
- Independently handle small orders from A to Z
- Organize orders and purchasing paperlessly
- Write invoices and track them digitally
- Efficiently respond to customer and architect inquiries
- Support project managers and management in daily operations
- Actively help shape our digital workflows
Your profile
- Technical and manual background (e.g., training or professional experience in construction, metal construction, trade, or industry)
- Career changers from other technical professions in the construction industry are welcome
- Commercial training or solid commercial experience (e.g., quotations, invoices, purchasing)
- Very high digital competence: confident in using Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, digital workflows, and modern office tools
- Enjoy working in a 100% digital office and developing processes further
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
