• Perform breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Prepare all setups for service
• Clear the floors
• Prepare and serve the "Welcome" service
• Organize and supervise the cleaning of equipment and work areas
• Train interns and junior staff

• You hold a diploma in hospitality and catering (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent).
• You have significant initial experience in room service or catering within a high-end hotel.
• You speak fluent French and English; a third language is a plus.
• You are comfortable with common computer tools (Word, Excel, Micros).
• You are organized, dynamic, with excellent attention to detail and a strong team spirit.
• Elegant and professional by nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
