Since 2025, the site also includes the Neue Festhalle, a state-of-the-art event location with a capacity for up to 9,000 visitors, suitable for functions and cultural events of all kinds. Whether concerts, congresses, fairs, or private celebrations – the versatile infrastructure and flexible rooms provide the ideal setting for any event.

You bring with you

• Completed training in the hospitality industry (restaurant specialist with corresponding further education or hotel management school degree)
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working

• Stress resistance: organized, independent, and you keep an overview even in hectic times

Your tasks are

• Management of sub-areas / profit centers at the Bernexpo site
• Operational execution and implementation of concepts and events
• Offer planning in cooperation with the Executive Chef and operations management
• Active participation at the front and coordination of operational business processes
• Leading a young and motivated team
• Administrative tasks such as: orders, inventory, accounts receivable, daily accounts, time tracking, etc.
