Your Tasks

Responsible for the proactive acquisition of construction contracts and projects
Leadership and development of site managers in the area of existing building in line with our culture and values
Monitoring project management and technical implementation of general contractor projects considering quality standards, customer requirements, and sustainability aspects
Proactive support of the business unit manager in department management and implementation of the department strategy
Active shaping, maintaining, and expanding networks and customer relationships

Your Profile

Completed technical construction education (HTL, FH, University) or comparable training in the construction sector
An existing network in the construction industry in the Vorarlberg area would be an advantage
Professional experience in (general contractor) project management is desirable, ideally complemented by initial leadership experience
Knowledge in project management, construction law, trade law, and construction technology
Leadership skills, strong communication, and teamwork combined with independent, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking
