Our sales back office supports the sales department in all sales processes. From processing and initial recording of customer inquiries to handing over sales projects to downstream departments, the efficiency and quality within the sales department are to be improved. Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f) 80% - 100%
Tasks:
In your role, you actively support our sales professionals in the back office, from creating offers through the entire document management, scheduling, processing customer inquiries, to contract conclusion for new installations, modernizations, and repairs. Additionally, you assist with company events, support apprentices, and help at reception.
Profile:
You have completed commercial/technical or manual training with experience in sales back office. You are proficient in German and French, both spoken and written, and bring solid IT skills (MS Office, sales software). You are a service-oriented and customer-friendly personality, enjoy working in a team (open-plan office), and have a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
