You will be part of a stimulating work environment, where proactivity and entrepreneurship are encouraged. Your role will be to conduct pricing analyses and to contribute to pricing projects aimed at improving Pictet Wealth Management’s revenues.
Your role
You will be responsible for:
- Performing competitor benchmarking of pricing structures and levels and develop proposals for improvements.
- Acting as a fees advisor for bankers and help them to prepare pricing proposals in the negotiation of special conditions.
- Advising top management in the decision-making process.
- Handling the day-to-day operational aspects of requests for special conditions.
- Contributing to develop and maintain pricing tools and processes.
- Assisting with the design and roll-out of pricing/re-pricing projects.
- Working with the Finance team to act as a representative of our department.
- Handling periodic reviews of pricing conditions.
- Training PWM newcomers on pricing-related topics.
Your profile
- University degree in Economics or Finance, or a qualification considered equivalent; a CIIA or CFA qualification would be a plus.
- 5 years of experience in a finance/banking function.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite. Knime, SQL, Power BI, Avaloq is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Team player and accountable mindset.
