The IT service desk is a central function to reliably ensure operational business. In the role of team leader, you are responsible for competently and responsibly managing operations in the interest of our customer satisfaction.
With your professional expertise and leadership qualities, you are well positioned to successfully fulfill this key role at T&N.

What we expect
- Several years of technical experience in IT support, service desk, or system engineering
- Experience in a system integrator environment is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Experience with ITIL-oriented service processes
