About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Acting in three roles Architect, Manager, and Orchestrator to enable transparency through regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
- Leading and supporting financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and consistent financial results provided across all deliverables.
- Performing last‑mile validation and audit checks on financial reports to secure reliable and consistent reporting outputs.
- Managing, designing and standardizing the financial governance instruments and processes (including financial steering concept, dimensions, attributes and KPIs).
- Planning, executing, and leading related cross-functional data projects (e.g. data governance and master data management enhancements).
- Designing ad-hoc analysis on request of top management for fact-based decision making.
- Acting as an internal consultant and advisor to other team members within Business Finance and beyond whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial reporting is required.
- Working with financial reporting and dashboarding tools to ensure efficient and high‑quality financial reporting.
- Supporting the introduction and establishment of Power BI as the main reporting tool and ensuring its successful adoption.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree, preferably in Management, Economics or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
