What you can achieve
- Ensuring high service quality through efficient management and optimization of IT service processes
- Improving the availability and performance of IT services through regular reviews and trend analyses
- Implementing modern service management systems and tools to increase efficiency and transparency and continuously developing the central service catalog as a basis for IT processes and cost allocation
- Initiating and implementing improvements to IT services and components based on audits and reviews
- Ensuring compliance with and improvement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs) and conducting service review meetings to collect and secure contractual SLA and KPI, in close cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT service management, ideally with knowledge of service/operation management systems (certifications in ITIL or similar qualifications are an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting availability and performance reviews as well as trend analyses and practical experience in creating and monitoring SLAs and OLAs
- Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- Good knowledge in conducting service and process audits as well as initiating service improvements
