About the job

• You take on your own projects in product management and independently advance topics from idea to implementation.
• You analyze markets, applications, and trends and develop well-founded decision bases for the further development of our sensor solutions.
• You create analyses, statistics, presentations, and reports as a basis for strategic and operational product decisions.
• You develop marketing materials and support the positioning of our products in the international market.
• You actively participate in market launches of new sensors – from planning to successful market introduction.
• You train and support our international sales team and ensure that product benefits and applications are clearly understood.
• You work closely with development, production, sales, and marketing and connect technology, market, and customer requirements.

• You have a technical university degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally complemented by business management know-how.
• You bring initial experience in product management of technically demanding products.
• You work reliably, structured, and independently and like to take responsibility for your topics.
• You enjoy working with people from different cultures and feel confident in an international environment.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and want to continuously develop professionally and personally.
• You communicate very well in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You convince with a natural, likeable manner, can inspire people, and appear motivating.
