• Goal-oriented and holistic care of our clients based on individual resources
• Support in coping with problem and crisis situations
• Accompaniment of therapeutic processes
• Case management, planning, control, and evaluation of the care process
• Guidance of relatives
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with therapists, doctors, and specialist agencies
• Coaching and instructing other professional groups within SPITEX BERN

This is how you convince us

• Advanced diploma HF with a focus on psychiatry, PsyKP or CAS psychiatric nursing as well as at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• Independence and a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoy traveling by car or e-bike
• You understand Swiss German dialect without problems

You are integrated into a committed team of around 10 colleagues. Careful training by our experienced employees is normal for us. That means you are very independent - but you will never be left alone.
