Job Description
- Constantly provide a professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the floor offices and landings
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the floor corridors
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the rooms: preparation of VIP rooms with various furniture according to instructions
- Use machines for carpet/upholstery shampooing and steam for tiling
- Have a commercial role with clients: promote the hotel’s points of sale
Qualifications
- Experience in the same position in a similar establishment would be a plus
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, comprehension and diction
- Work rigor for oneself and for the service
- Must show courtesy, respect towards superiors and colleagues
- Must have team spirit
- Must have good organizational skills
- Taste and sense of aesthetics and cleanliness
- Must adapt to last-minute changes
