Responsibilities:
- Develop desserts for the various restaurant menus
- Order, receive and check fresh goods according to current standards
- Manage stocks
- Prepare all culinary preparations assigned to their specialty according to current standards and the instructions of the Pastry Chef
- Manage the tidiness, cleaning and hygiene of their workstation
- Ensure smooth running of the service
- Develop a perfect knowledge of the menu
Profile and experience:
- Certified Pastry Chef (CFC), BEP/CAP
Pastry Chef or BTS
Hotel and restaurant management option B
- Good
knowledge of cooking is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is essential
- Fluency in English is essential (as well as French. Another language is an asset)
