Deputy Director of the Technologies and Industry Division of the CPNE at 80%
- CPNE100
- The CPNE is the reference actor for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, higher education, and continuing education).
As a member of the management team, you provide support to the director in leading and organizing activities, as well as in monitoring educational tasks and applying the CPNE-TI regulations.
You are responsible for managing the sector dedicated to higher education (higher schools - ES). In this capacity, you implement training programs and plan the school year in collaboration with the ES training coordinators.
You supervise the assigned teaching staff (about 30 people), participate in recruitment procedures, support trainees, organize both admission and qualification procedures, and establish and monitor budgets while considering set constraints.
You ensure monitoring of technological and legislative developments to guarantee quality teaching that meets the needs of the economy.
You carry out your activities in compliance with the directives and processes defined in the integrated Quality-Environment-Safety (QES) system while contributing to its development.
Finally, you complement your role as deputy director by taking on a teaching load of up to a maximum equivalent to a full-time position, including the deputy management function.
Holder of a HES-level degree in a technical field complemented by a pedagogical diploma for teaching in professional training, you have a solid knowledge of the Swiss education system.
Equipped with excellent organizational and planning skills, you are autonomous and able to carry out your tasks rigorously, even under pressure.
Additionally, you have a very good level of French, demonstrate great interpersonal skills, and can easily integrate into a management team. Understanding and oral expression in German are an asset for this position. To enhance your skills, you are willing to follow the training in educational institution management (FORDIF) while working.
You live in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public office holders.
