Executive Secretary at the Clinical Chemistry Service
The Clinical Chemistry Service is looking for an executive secretary, with a workload between 80% and 100%, for a permanent contract, to be filled from 01.11.2025.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Clinical Chemistry Service (CCL) is responsible for performing 24/7, for CHUV services and external clients, a selection of analyses while ensuring the quality of results. It also participates in teaching and clinical research within the Institution.
Mission
- You support the head of service and her deputy in the general management of the Clinical Chemistry service
- You contribute to carrying out all administrative tasks related to the service's personnel
- You participate in managing the holders' funds and ensure billing of services
- You actively collaborate in organizing the service's occasional events
- You ensure the interface between the service management, staff, and department management.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification
- The executive assistant certificate is an asset
- You have good experience in secretarial work in a medical environment or laboratory, as well as several years as an executive secretary
- You are versatile, dynamic, and organized, with good ability to manage priorities
- You possess excellent writing and spelling skills in French and have very good knowledge of English
- Your sense of service and communication, as well as your interpersonal skills, allow you to ensure the interface between different stakeholders
- Your professionalism, proactivity, flexibility, and rigor are well established
- Depending on your profile, the salary class will be between level 7 and level 8.
