Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking for a conscientious and empathetic receptionist for patient administration 80% starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Reception and care of residents, relatives, and visitors
• Telephone and written information as well as general correspondence
• Administrative work related to the admission and discharge of residents
• Support in patient or resident administration as well as billing
• General administrative and organizational tasks in the secretariat
• Office hours 08:00 - 17:00, no weekends

• Completed training as commercial clerk EFZ, medical practice assistant (MPA) or medical secretary, with experience in patient administration
• Experience in dealing with dunning, social insurance, service recording as well as general administrative tasks
• Friendly, service-oriented, and reliable personality
• Independent, structured, and careful working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
