We address people for whom (the keywords commonly found in job ads 😉) such as curiosity, empathy, resilience, flexibility are not foreign in terms of their own personality. If behind these characteristics stands a humorous, positive person with heart as well as a winning nature and a binding, resource- and solution-oriented attitude, then we probably have a solid common basis. Just as we consider building and maintaining sustainable relationships with the entrusted adolescents important, we also see a team atmosphere characterized by transparency, loyalty, and openness as a key to success. Regarding working hours, we expect your willingness and flexibility for irregular working hours (accompanying/night and weekend shifts). In this respect, planning is done together and proactively so that individual wishes and preferences can be taken into account as far as possible.
What we offer you:Within an experienced and currently expanding team, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the participative and individual design of both everyday life and the agreed support goals for the adolescents. A framework freed as much as possible from rigid and general "if, then" rules enables and requires creative approaches from you in the pedagogical work with our clientele. We promote your professional and personal development, and through the variety of our internal operations, you benefit from an interesting range of fringe benefits, above-average social benefits, and many other perks. Our attractive employment conditions are based on the guidelines of the Canton Basel-Landschaft.
