About the job

• Assembly of assemblies according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Adjustment, calibration and quality control of the manufactured scales to ensure compliance with the highest precision standards
• Performing precision mechanical assembly work, including precise adhesive work and mechanical fine work
• Participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and production workflows.

• Experience in a technical environment, ideally with electronic assemblies or comparable components
• Knowledge in assembly work, cable assembly and precision mechanical activities
• Experience in handling measuring devices, calibration and quality control
• Careful and precise working method, manual dexterity and sense of responsibility
• Good spoken German skills for secure communication within the team and when reading work instructions.
• Initiative and willingness to learn in order to familiarize yourself with new workflows and production processes
