About the job

Your Tasks

Admission and discharge of patients
Prescription of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Conducting rounds as well as documentation and coordination tasks
You work closely with nursing staff, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, nutritional counseling, and case management to ensure holistic and high-quality care
You inform patients and their relatives about disease courses, therapy options, and preventive measures and provide advisory support

Your Profile

Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH with professional experience in an acute hospital
Ideally, you have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, or further training in intensive care or have completed a corresponding CAS
You are characterized by an open, friendly, innovative, and resilient personality with an independent and responsible way of working
You bring joy and commitment to interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
