Job Description
In this exciting and challenging role, you are responsible for strengthening our presence in the Swiss market in the field of environmental analytics by establishing customer contacts, expanding business success through the development and maintenance of existing contacts as well as acquiring new customers, thereby achieving both short- and long-term revenue and profit growth.
- Significant expansion of the existing business area
- Acquisition of new customers
- Central contact person for inquiries from existing and new customers
- Preparation of offers, assessments, and short reports
- Ensuring and guaranteeing the smooth handling of projects and orders
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as a chemist or a similar scientific degree (geology, environmental sciences, biology, …)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer support and acquisition as well as operational processing
- Ideally 5 years of professional experience with relevant industry and method knowledge in the field of environmental analytics as well as in order processing and/or project management
- Communicative personality with confident interface management and high customer orientation
- Fluent in German and English, French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office user skills, SAP and other ERP user skills are an advantage
