For the IT Services department, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring 1st level support for all stakeholders
- Professional support of employees in the use of audio and video infrastructures in lecture halls, seminar rooms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms in meeting rooms
- Accompanying and supporting employees in the onboarding process
- Setup, relocation, and commissioning of workstations (Windows & macOS)
- Management and support of the iPad infrastructure including loan devices
- Creation, maintenance, and updating of IT documentation and user manuals
- Participation in internal small IT projects
Your profile
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ
- At least 3 years of professional experience in 1st level support or a comparable support function
- Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneNote) as well as Windows and macOS
- Strong service orientation, sense of responsibility, and structured working method
- Experience with audio/video technology in meeting or training environments is an advantage
- High communication skills, team orientation, and enjoyment of direct user support
