We’re currently hiring for a curious and driven Account Executive with knowledge of technology and confirmed business-to-business sales and account management experience. You’ll be selling our entire portfolio of products to medium sized businesses based in Switzerland.
Your Impact

As part of our team you will be selling and leading top new business and key accounts

You will build, share and implement an account plan with an extended team to deliver maximum revenue potential in line with a proven value proposition for our customers

Lead and orchestrate the entire sophisticated sales-cycle, often addressing C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications

Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, whilst crafting excellent customer happiness through relationship building

Promote the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
Required Skills

Proven record new business solution selling experience

Ability to map out and strategically define account plans

Optimally optimise internal and external networks

Evidence of relationship building skills within a matrix organisation with an ability to grow and cultivate relationships

Excellent at using C-level and LOB relationships
-
Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and an aim to succeed

Must be proficient in both English & Italien

Ability to negotiate complex deals

Degree or equivalent validated experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
