For our Finance department, we are looking for a committed Financial Accountant starting immediately or by arrangement. The workplace is in Opfikon and from your home office.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the proper management of the general ledger accounting of Implenia Schweiz AG as well as various subsidiaries and fixed asset accounting including monitoring the period-appropriate capitalization of assets
• This includes the independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS as well as reporting into the consolidation system
• Booking internal service charges and monitoring financial intercompany relationships as well as preparing VAT returns and reconciliations including input tax corrections & input tax reductions (including sales reconciliation) are also part of your tasks
• With your expertise, you contribute to liquidity planning and prepare all documents for audits and internal control system (ICS) checks
• You enjoy actively participating in process optimizations and acting as a sparring partner for operational units as well as adjacent functions in the finance department

Your profile:

• You have a commercial basic education and further training in finance and accounting
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in a similar role
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as knowledge of SAP FI/CO is required
• You are a motivated and team-oriented personality who works independently, reliably, and conscientiously
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required; additional languages are an advantage
