Your tasks
- Active new customer acquisition (Outbound: phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Research and build qualified lead lists
- Conduct initial contacts and needs assessments
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain and develop the sales pipeline in the CRM
- Follow up on leads and support the offer process
- Close cooperation with Head of Sales, CEO, and project management
- Support in marketing, especially in the area of social media
- Participation in events as well as support in the preparation and follow-up of events

Your profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in sales or acquisition is an advantage
- Enjoy proactive customer approach and cold calling
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and convincing
- Structured and independent way of working
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Experience with software solutions, ideally in the HR area, is an advantage
