Mission
As a Team Leader, you carry out and oversee the work related to electrical installations for road and rail infrastructures. You operationally lead your team to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe execution of the tasks assigned to you.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the work: installation, wiring, and assembly of MV/LV equipment, cable trays, conduits, and structures.
- Supervise, motivate, and distribute tasks within your team according to the priorities of the site.
- Adapt execution to field constraints (tunnel, railway tracks, road zones, night conditions).
- Check the availability and condition of equipment, optimize the use of materials, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Enforce safety rules, verify the use of PPE, and stop work in case of imminent danger.
- Ensure compliance of the work, document completed tasks, and report information to the site manager / works supervisor.
- Contribute to the training, support, and evaluation of employees to guarantee quality, efficiency, and respect of deadlines.
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer, assembly electrician, or equivalent training/experience.
- Proven experience (5 years) in road and/or rail infrastructures, including work with high and low current.
- Strong technical skills, rigor, organization, and ability to manage unforeseen field events.
- Experience in supervising a small team, ability to convey instructions and maintain cohesion.
- Dynamic, motivated, flexible person willing to work nights and weekends according to site requirements.
- Driver's license.
