ICT Team Leader Non-Medical Applications

The Information and Communication Technology department ensures patient-oriented, high-quality, and economical ICT services for the entire PUK. The ICT Business Area Service team is particularly responsible for the provision, maintenance, and further development of specialist applications and their integration.
To strengthen the team at the Zurich Lenggstrasse location, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Personnel management and further development of a team of 2-3 employees
- Planning, management, and further development of non-medical applications (HR, hospitality, finance, planning, etc.)
- Ensuring ICT support for the specialist groups of non-medical applications
- Cross-team support for the medical applications team
- Analysis of business processes and coordination of application development
- Methodical support of your own team as well as the specialist groups in requirements gathering, process design, and solution conception. For example, by moderating workshops, visually/structurally preparing contexts, preparing decision-making bases, and presenting them in specialist committees
- Assessment of change requests
- Translating business requirements into application specifications
- Maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring service level agreements
- Participation in projects and leading smaller projects or taking over partial project management
- Supporting your own team in operating the applications and in case of malfunctions or problem solving, involving suppliers for solutions, escalation in case of critical malfunctions
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in application management, process design, business analysis, and requirement engineering, ideally in healthcare or public service, especially HR, hospitality, construction/object management, ERP, and clinical information systems
- Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire and develop employees
- Analytical and networked thinking skills, especially regarding processes, data, and applications
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Language skills in German and English
