To strengthen our main department for personal insurance benefits, which offers our customers high-quality services in benefits administration, we are looking for an administrative assistant who will support the Training & Quality team between 40 and 50% for a limited period of up to 4 years (within the framework of ongoing HSW studies). The workplace is in Bern Wankdorf.
These tasks await you:
- You manage the platform for professional development and analyze satisfaction with our training courses.
- You conduct small training sessions on IT tools and actively participate in the creation or revision of business processes.
- You create and distribute sample lists.
- You carry out various qualitative controls related to benefits and annually update the documentation and files.
- You organize a quality seminar for our management.
- You create PowerPoint presentations, online forms, or surveys.
- Support the group leader with various analytical or administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Ongoing HSW studies or in the field of business informatics.
- Ideally, first professional experience in a similar role.
- Good IT and Office skills.
- Native German speaker with very good French skills (at least B2) or vice versa.
