Your tasks:
- Opening and closing receptions
- Welcoming visitors
- Managing the telephone switchboard and mailing
- Managing badges, keys, and small equipment
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Managing conference rooms
- Various reservations
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Proven first experience in reception/front desk.
- Excellent presentation.
- Fluent French.
- English B2.
- Proficient in common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook...)
- Clean criminal record and debt collection certificate.
- Driver's license and vehicle.
- Customer-oriented / Rigorous / Organized / Flexible / Autonomous
