• Leadership of the Integration Office Region Baden and a four-person team• Development of strategies and concepts for successful and sustainable integration promotion• Coordination of offers and services of internal and external partners• Initiation and support of integration projects• Advice to organizations and administrative units on integration issues• Ensuring efficient organization including budget, key figures, and reporting• Maintenance and expansion of networks• Representation of the integration area internally and externally, including public relations
• University degree in social work or a related field• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the public sector• Leadership training and experience in project management• Knowledge of inter-municipal cooperation is an advantage• Clearly structured, resilient personality with a good understanding of roles• Strong communication and cooperation skills• Ability to build and maintain networks with diverse stakeholders
