Your tasks- Receiving and processing customer inquiries by phone or email
- Creating CAD designs for individual customer solutions in close cooperation with the engineering team
- Calculating and revising offers to ensure the best solutions for our customers
- Conducting contract negotiations with customers and partners to successfully complete projects
- Project support during the planning phase to ensure smooth processes
- Maintaining and expanding the customer network – especially supporting our customers in Ticino and Italy
- A completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a designer, draftsman, or comparable)
- Technical further education at HF/FH level in mechanical engineering or construction is an advantage
- Solid CAD skills to design individual customer solutions
- An independent working style combined with initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
- A communicative and open personality with strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Fluent German and Italian language skills are mandatory to optimally support our international customers
