Your Area of Responsibility
- In this position, you will be deployed on behalf of SPS directly at one of our customers on site in Bern.
- Reception and friendly customer service as well as correct registration of visitors are central tasks.
- Incoming phone calls are competently and service-oriented answered and processed.
- Various administrative tasks are also part of the job, including maintaining the team mailbox, booking meeting rooms, and creating visitor and temporary access passes.
- The team is actively supported during company events and functions.
- Work start as of 1.3.2026.
Your Profile
- A completed customer-oriented vocational training forms the basis for this activity.
- Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience at reception or in a comparable function.
- A high level of service and customer understanding as well as a neat and friendly appearance are required.
- Independent, responsible, and conscientious work is a matter of course for you.
- Even in demanding situations, you remain calm, composed, and reliable.
- You are familiar with common MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are expected; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible availability for shift work between 06:30 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday is given.
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register complete the profile.
