To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
HR Business Partner (w/m/i)
This versatile position complements the HR team in the following areas:
- HR administration in all areas
- recruitment of new employees
- consultation of existing employees
- support of management staff in their daily leadership tasks
- execution of the onboarding and offboarding process
- maintenance of master data in the PIS system Mirus
- preparation of employment contracts, obtaining and renewing permits, as well as handling entry formalities
- writing employment confirmations and references
- conducting employee discussions in cooperation with the line management
- participation in projects
- co-responsibility for fringe benefits
- support in changes as well as documentation of existing processes and development of new processes
We are looking for a service-oriented personality with a background in gastronomy as well as good commercial knowledge and HR experience. You are familiar with the L-GAV and the Swiss labor law. You have a good command of German and English and show flexibility. Your commitment, loyalty, and discretion distinguish you particularly. You work in a team-oriented manner and can keep an overview in hectic situations.
