To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

HR Business Partner (w/m/i)

This versatile position complements the HR team in the following areas:

• HR administration in all areas
• recruitment of new employees
• consultation of existing employees
• support of management staff in their daily leadership tasks
• execution of the onboarding and offboarding process
• maintenance of master data in the PIS system Mirus
• preparation of employment contracts, obtaining and renewing permits, as well as handling entry formalities
• writing employment confirmations and references
• conducting employee discussions in cooperation with the line management
• participation in projects
• co-responsibility for fringe benefits
• support in changes as well as documentation of existing processes and development of new processes

We are looking for a service-oriented personality with a background in gastronomy as well as good commercial knowledge and HR experience. You are familiar with the L-GAV and the Swiss labor law. You have a good command of German and English and show flexibility. Your commitment, loyalty, and discretion distinguish you particularly. You work in a team-oriented manner and can keep an overview in hectic situations.
