AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN (100%)
The task of this position is to ensure high system availability according to the defined specifications. This includes precise and efficient troubleshooting as well as proper maintenance in strict compliance with all safety regulations. Furthermore, the activity includes performing maintenance and repair work on our production systems. Another focus is active participation in digitization projects as well as initiatives to improve the efficiency, sustainability, and availability of our systems.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Ensure 2nd level support for malfunctions and downtimes of production systems
- Support in maintenance and repair work of production systems
- Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
- Active participation in projects for optimization and digitization as well as procurement of new systems
- Processing and completion of orders in the maintenance tool
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, plant electrician or in a related professional field
- Professional experience in the maintenance of production systems
- Knowledge of CNC control systems (Siemens, Fanuc)
- Experience with Siemens controls (Simatic Manager & TIA Portal)
- Experience with Beckhoff controls is desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Responsibility for independent, high-quality, and prompt handling of malfunctions in production systems
