Your tasks
- Co-leadership for the second phase of the curriculum reform of the Bachelor's degree in Social Work together with the Head of Training (limited until 2027)
- Coordination of the reform process as well as co-responsibility in the preparation, commissioning, implementation, and result assurance of the individual process steps
- Active participation in the working groups of the curriculum reform
- Implementation of new and flexible practical formats together with the Practice Department
- Further development of the topic of didactics and digitalization in teaching
- Collaboration in the Study Counseling and Learning Process Support Department
- Taking on mentoring, bachelor theses, and teaching in the BA and Master programs
Your profile
- Master's degree in Social Work or related discipline
- Solid knowledge and experience in curriculum development and/or program management
- Proven experience in leading and implementing complex projects and in lateral leadership
- Very good communication and cooperation skills in changing contexts and in the overall system
- Flair and competence for further development of didactic and digital teaching-learning formats
- Innovative and integrative personality
