You will
- administratively support the regional manager for private and business customers of the Bern/Emmental/Oberland region in all leadership tasks (performance management, reporting, controlling, sales campaigns, etc.)
- prepare decision-making bases and develop presentations for the regional manager
- take minutes of the management meetings
- coordinate and plan internal and external events and accompany their implementation
- coordinate marketing activities in the region and manage the budgets
You bring
- preferably a completed banking apprenticeship and/or a commercial basic education and you already have experience in a similar role
- a professional, solution- and service-oriented approach
- a sociable and trustworthy personality
- high independence, personal responsibility and corresponding implementation skills
- discretion in handling confidential information
- targeted written and oral communication skills
- very good MS Office skills
