Tasks

• Inpatient psychiatric care of patients aged 25 - 65 years
• Primary caregiver work in the interprofessional team including nursing diagnostics
• Planning, conducting and leading group therapies and family conversations
• Taking over organizational tasks in the interprofessional team
• Integrative work in the interprofessional treatment team and implementation of advanced treatment concepts

Profile

• Nursing diploma FH/HF
• Several years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably acute psychiatric and psychotherapeutic experience, with a pronounced empowerment and recovery-oriented basic attitude
• Experience in leading group therapies and psychoeducation desired
• High professional and personal competence with good communication skills in spoken and written language
• Composure, solution-oriented and integrative action as well as assertiveness and resilience
