Your area of responsibility
- Active support of your assigned existing customers, suppliers and partners
- End-to-end responsibility for compliance with the service level agreements (SLA) of your customers and the creation of SLA reports
- Regular monitoring of contract profitability and initiation of corrective measures
- Planning, coordination and execution of service review meetings with your customers and sustainable assurance of life-cycle management
- Negotiations with your customers within the scope of the supported services
- Coordination and handling of any necessary contract adjustments
- Processing customer feedback
- Ensuring the correct handover of projects to the service area
- Implementation coordination of customer projects in collaboration with other departments
- Introducing and implementing optimizations (KVP/CSI) in service management
- Co-designing the service strategy, the service offering and implementing measures
- Occasional accompaniment of customers to events
You bring with you
- High customer and quality awareness and a pronounced sense for the service sector
- Very good communication skills and a reliable, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- German and English spoken and written are required, French skills are an advantage
- Commercial or ICT basic training with further education in business informatics or similar
- Sales experience in the B2B sector
- Several years of experience dealing with customers in the B2B sector
- ITIL know-how (at least ITIL Foundation)
