Introduction

Your Tasks
- Management and creation of B2B and B2C databases
- Telephone support for e-Prescription
- Participation in projects related to digital solutions
- Planning of installations and digital solutions (e-prescriptions, e-Shop...) within medical practices in coordination with technical equipment
- Telephone responses B2B and B2C
- Various administrative tasks
Your Profile
Technical:
- Good mastery and ease of use of IT and digital tools
- Ease in using web platforms
- Knowledge of practice software and prescription tools is an asset
- Experience in a medical laboratory as well as knowledge of laboratory processes is a significant advantage
- Good oral and written command of French
Personal:
- Ease on the phone and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service sense and listening skills
- Autonomy and initiative, teamwork solidarity
