Together with a team colleague, you lead and accompany a group of about 10 - 20 participants in their daily tasks from the first working day until successful permanent employment in the labor market. In the small group, you have the freedom to develop individual integration paths instead of just working through standard processes.

- Key worker role focusing on social and professional integration
- Promotion of social and professional skills

- Documentation and reporting
- Anti-littering tours in Wetzikon (including the train station)
- Neophyte control
- Simple gardening and environmental work
- Apartment clearances
- Flushing of hydrants
- Deployments in the supervised bike station
- Assignments from the municipal administration
- Leadership and professional experience and/or (work-)agogic training
- Further training in Job Coaching/Supported Employment
- Practical experience in supporting people with employment restrictions
- High physical and mental resilience
- Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Practical manual skills
