Junior Housekeeping Attendant (m/f/d), February and March 2026

Main Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning rooms, handling laundry, and managing guest belongings
• Follow detailed instructions and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
• Professional communication with guests and colleagues to ensure a respectful and efficient working environment
• Ensure impeccable personal appearance and always well-maintained work attire
• Punctuality, flexibility, and good time management are required to adapt to the fast work pace
• Split shifts may be necessary depending on the schedule; overtime is likely during the high season
• A strong work ethic and a high level of commitment are required to succeed in this role
• Opportunity to learn through practical experience and develop over time

Your Profile

• Very good English skills to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Experience in a team environment and in a fast-paced work setting is an advantage
• Self-motivated, responsible, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented, able to follow instructions precisely and maintain high service standards
• Willingness to work split shifts and overtime during the high season
• Physically resilient and committed, ready to meet the demands of a challenging job

About the Position

• Career Growth Opportunities: Internal assessments after 12-16 weeks to specialize in positions such as chambermaid, laundry service, and more
• Ongoing Development: Continuous training, feedback, and career advancement through the Alpina Housekeeping Training Academy
• Working Hours: 43.5 hours/week; shifts include early mornings and night shifts, with overtime as needed
• Fair Compensation: A time management system ensures accurate accounting of overtime and unused vacation days
• Accommodation and Meals: Simple accommodations in the region as well as three meals per day (meal costs will be charged)
