Spitex has a significant role in outpatient healthcare. As a recognized service provider, it connects people and professional fields. The Spitex Association Thurgau is an important contact for nursing and care and represents, as the cantonal umbrella organization, in particular the interests of the 15 Spitex organizations with a municipal service mandate.
We are looking for a competent and proactive
Managing Director
starting February 1, 2026 or by agreement

Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the operational management of the cantonal umbrella organization
- Participation in cantonal committees
- Consulting and support of association members
- Networking and maintaining contacts with politics, cantonal authorities, and partner organizations
- Collaboration with other institutions in the healthcare sector
Your profile:
- Leadership experience and consulting competence
- University degree
- Social and communication skills as well as experience in organizational development
- Knowledge of the healthcare system, especially the outpatient sector and the Spitex industry, as well as nonprofit organizations is an advantage
- Commitment and interest in shaping and further developing the Spitex Association
