Customer Support 80-100% (m/f/x)

To complete our team within our general agency in Lausanne and surrounding areas, which offers its insured clients high-level services in contract management and processing, we are looking for a Customer Support person, between 80 and 100%.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Support our agency advisors and brokers both in contract management and follow-up
• Open claims in all branches as well as handle motor vehicle and property agency claims
• Inform customers (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)

What makes you unique:

• Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a commercial employee CFC in the insurance field
• AFA certification or federal diploma is an asset
• Native French speaker, German and/or English as a second language is an asset
