The mission of the Prilly Municipal Administration is to provide the Prilly population with a high level of services, ensuring a qualitative and harmonious development of the City that meets the needs of every citizen. Following the development of its reception structures, the City of Prilly is recruiting a Child Educator or ASE - CVE du Tilleul - 80% fixed-term contract - August 2025 to July 2026, whose mission will be to work within the "CVE du Tilleul", group "Trotteurs" (14 places). This structure is attached to the Childhood service of the City of Prilly. The possibility of extending this fixed-term contract, via a permanent contract, from August 2026, remains conceivable but only at a rate of 60%. Your main missions:
  • Ensure a quality welcome for children by guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations
  • Identify the issues related to quality, based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose action plans and implement them in the child's interest
  • Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services Your profile:
  • Diploma of Child Educator or CFC of ASE or title deemed equivalent by the SCAJE
  • Person with professional experience in the field of childhood
  • Sense of organization, creative spirit
  • Sense of responsibilities, ability to carry out relevant, effective actions, deployed autonomously and committed
  • Spirit of collaboration and integration
  • Real ability to work in a team and adapt, your relational ease as well as your professional awareness make you a true asset for the team
